COVID-19 Policy Summary:
  • All registrants must provide proof of vaccination that complies with the CDC recommendations in effect 14 days prior to the in-person gathering.  As of April 19 2023, that is expected to be only a single bivalent booster, available since September 2022.
  • Participants will be expected to adhere to any mask or other guidelines recommended by the CDC at the time of the in-person gathering, unless superseded by local guidance.  In the latter instance, participants will be expected to follow the local guidance, only if it is more stringentNo such requirements are expected to be in force.
  • Should you test positive in a time frame that would preclude your attendance due to isolation, a full refund (less any PayPal fees) will be made after the event, upon receipt of substantiation.
